In October 2014, Shoutz, a private U.S.-based company, launched an international lottery website called Royal Fortunes in Sint Maarten. Royal Fortunes offers Pick4, Pick3 and Pick2 lottery games and later expanded into other Latin American markets. Beyond lottery-linked offerings such as Royal Fortunes, Sint Maarten does not run a formal online casino licensing regime comparable to dedicated iGaming hubs in the region, and many online gambling sites serving residents are based offshore.
