Online Gaming in Arizona

In April 2021, Arizona legalized daily fantasy sports and both retail and online sports betting, passing a bill that allows up to 20 licenses split between the tribal casinos and professional sports teams in the state. Sports betting officially launched in September 2021.

As of mid-2026, online casino gambling remains illegal in Arizona. There has been no legislation introduced to legalize online casino games such as slots, blackjack, or poker beyond the tribal casino floor.
