Online Gaming in Missouri

On 10 June 2016, Missouri became the second state to enact fantasy sports regulation when Gov. Jay Nixon signed H 1941.

HB 502, which passed in the House on 3 April 2017, seeks to modify provisions related to DFS.

In December 2018, a bill pre-filed by a state senator State Sen. Denny Hoskins (R – Warrensburg) could legalize sports gambling. If Senate Bill 44 passes, wagering would be allowed on riverboat casinos in Missouri, and bettors would also be able to wager on sports online if they activate an account in person at one of the land-based casinos.
