It has been almost universally accepted for the last three or four years that England is poised to become the world's leading I-gaming jurisdiction, but plans to revamp the country's gambling laws have been met with heavy resistance in recent weeks. Now, what was not long ago considered a sure thing is a movement that appears to be in serious jeopardy. Time is running out, the opposition is strong and some onlookers are saying that England's proposed Gambling Bill is doomed. In an audio interview with IGN's Sue Schneider, British gaming attorney Tony Coles breaks down the factors contributing to the potential collapse and discusses the potential outcomes.
