Betfair Proposes a Taxation Scheme for P2P in Tasmania

The world's leading online betting exchange says it's willing to give 35 percent of its gross revenues for racing betting to the government and the racing industry of Tasmania if it is granted a license to operate there. It has also announced the resignation of its CFO, a move that observers say could be in preparation for an initial public offering.
