LaFalce: 'Funding Bill Will Resurface'

John LaFalce, D-N.Y., the ranking Democratic member of the committee, announced that he would introduce an updated version of his Internet Gambling Funding Prohibition Bill (HR 4419), a bill that failed to pass out of committee last year.
