PartyGaming has appointed Jim Ryan, former chief executive of Excapsa and St. Minver, to fill the chief executive position vacated by Mitch Garber. The company has also created a new managing director position that will be filled by John O'Malia, who was chief executive of Gamebookers before it was purchased by PartyGaming in August 2006.»
